Get inputs to run financials to establish existing Cost Structure in the business. Idea would be to have a Pre/Post as we are moving through different steps of the project which could be shared with everyone.

Existing Fulfillment Validation

Based on existing documentation or through a phone/video call we will document your existing process and identify areas of improvement

Packaging Validation

Existing > review existing footprint of all packing options inclusive of Individual Item, Inner Pack, Outer Pack, Pallet and B2C deliverable.

Recommendation > based on the above analysis the team will provide a recommendation on changes to current components (if any) to optimize overall footprint as it relates to fulfillment, minimizing COGS and reducing shipping costs.

Recommended Fulfillment Direction

Update the pre-aligned RFP template with pertinent information from the client so we can start the 3PL bidding process

Begin search to identify at least three 3PL's to participate in the RFP

Receive templated bids and link into financial model for recommendation
