Client Conversation to identify Scope of Work + Identify Success Criteria

  • Kick off call with client where we would fill out the pre-aligned template on how to build out this project

  • Run financials to establish an existing Cost Structure in the business.  We would run a Pre/Post as we are moving through different steps of the project which could be shared with the client.  Timeline would be generated from here as well.

Product Validation

  • Existing > a Quality Manager and/or Food Scientist will look at your existing formulation and determine whether there are cost or scalability issues.

  • Existing > we will identify retail pricing/sizing issues to help avoid future issues in all your Channels inclusive of B2C, Wholesale and Retail

  • Recommendation > based on the above analysis the team will provide a recommendation on changes to current ingredients to optimize overall formulation as it relates to maximizing production time and minimizing COGS.

  • Output > From there we will create USDA & FDA compliant labels as well as a Nutritional Facts Panel including ingredient and allergen statements.  Should lab testing be needed this would be billed out separately.

Packaging Validation

  • Existing > review existing footprint of all packing options inclusive of Individual Item, Inner Pack, Outer Pack, Pallet and B2C deliverable.

  • Recommendation > based on the above analysis the team will provide a recommendation on changes to current components to optimize overall footprint as it relates to maximizing production time, minimizing COGS and reducing shipping costs.
