Cris is a seasoned operator with 24+ years of executive experience in Enterprise, SME and most recently Startups.  He's a rare breed generalist who has lived and breathed both Tech and Product business models. 

He spends his time working with brands who are passionate about what they are building and helping them see around corners. 

 

He works with an outsourced project based team which can help with almost any type of business challenge.  To date, we have tackled projects in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Corporate Strategy and even System Integrations.

Lauren is a Package Engineering Consultant by tradie and experienced in the Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Food & Beverage industries. She has led numerous types of teams and provides engineering support and guidance in cost reduction through six sigma applications, process improvement, machinery procurement and package design & qualification in all manufacturing environments.

Mario A. Rodriguez

Mario started his career with a software and services firm specializing in process re-engineering for clients in the finance, energy, and aeronautic industries. Mario then decided to follow his passion and attended the French Culinary Institute, graduating top of his class. He worked in many culinary institutions including the Gramercy Tavern (NYC) and La Petite Grocery (New Orleans).

 

With a strong culinary and business pedigree, Mario focused on larger roles with emerging startups like Dinner Lab as director of operations - constructing the supply chain, leading expansion, establishing daily operations and kickstarting the overall growth. He currently supports many food startups in the food tech, cannabis, and plant-based (CPG) products with Bootleg Avocado LLC, focusing on scalability in operations and culinary.

Mark Hilditch

Mark has almost 20 years’ experience as an international finance professional. After qualifying as a chartered accountant (= CPA) within audit firms in the UK, Mark went on to a variety of international CPG finance roles at Reckitt Benckiser, covering corporate reporting, FP&A and sales controlling in the UK, US and Switzerland.


Following a foray into the sports marketing industry, Mark then spent five years with EF Education First, initially covering roles within sales and production controlling in Switzerland, before being asked to head up regional finance teams first in Boston (for North America) and then in Malta (for Europe/Africa). Mark’s latest professional challenge sees him heading up the Finance and Controlling function at DB Cargo Schweiz in Switzerland.


He is passionate about drawing on his extensive experience to help solve business challenges through sound financial insights and robust modelling.
